These 2 x 2 x 24" edge protectors are built at .225" wall thickness, placing them firmly in the heavy duty category. The L-shaped profile distributes strap tension evenly across corners, preventing poly or steel strapping from crushing or cutting into packaged goods during transit and storage.
The .225" construction is well-suited for dense pallet loads, heavy manufactured components, lumber and building materials, and industrial outbound freight. They also function as internal corner supports inside corrugated cartons, reinforcing box stacking strength in warehouse racking and during LTL shipment.
Each case contains 110 edge protectors. The 24" length accommodates standard pallet and carton heights, and protectors can be secured to loads using stretch film or strapping. Case weight is approximately 58.94 lbs. Ships via parcel carrier.
